Part 1: Box Lot Sale Approximately 2 hours. and Part2: Main Sale normally 400 hundred individual items. Terms of sale are cash, check and / or credit cards. We honor VISA and Master Card only. Checks over five hundred dollars must be accompanied by bank letter. Any Individual sale that exceeds $ 10,000.00 --item will be held till money is secure in the auction house escrow account unless it is cash. There is a 5 % buyers premium. There is a 3% charge for credit card use. Items purchased must be removed. within seven days. Sale tax will be collected at .675 %, vendors license will be honored and no tax will be charge to qualified vendor. Auction house has the right to pull any item from the sale, We are not responsible for accidents on the property. The auction house and auctioneers are license and bounded in favor of the State of Ohio.
