Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! No Sales tax! Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. All items must be paid in full before removal.
Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.
If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $3 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). We will not ship any lots that do not state "Shipping Available" If you win a lot that does not offer shipping you are still responsible to pay for the lot.
If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.
If you are a no-show to the auction pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions.

Cindy Palm has sold her home and is now downsizing. We are offering two days for the Auction Preview. The first is Saturday, March 13th from 10am to 2pm and the second is Sunday, March 14th from 10am to 2pm at E6548 Creekside Trail Bessemer, MI 49911. The strict auction pick up days will be on Monday, March 15th from 3pm to 7pm and Tuesday, March 16th from 11am to 6:30pm at E6548 Creekside Trail Bessemer, MI 49911. Everything must be removed from the property by the evening of March 16th. There is No Sales Tax for this auction. 1 Werner 40' Aluminum Extension Ladder This is in nice condition. Pick up in Bessemer, MI 2 Nordic Lynx True North Ski Sled | Pull Children This light folding sled has two seats with seat belts. It measures 44" long. It needs to be cleaned up, but it is good and usable. 3 Child's Kaufman Snow Scoop | Plastic Shovel The metal scoop measures 45" long. It has one little bend in the base. 4 Fiberglass 16' Ladder | No Extension This ladder is in good condition. We couldn't find the extension. Pick up in Bessemer, MI 5 Kaufman Snow Scoop | Chopper | Garden Rake The scoop has some bends. The chopper and the rake look good. 6 Jackson Professional Wheelbarrow The handles are really sturdy. The tire is good. The barrow is heavy duty. There is cement residue in it. The barrow measures 25" x 39". Buyer must pick up in Bessemer, MI 7 Imer Cement Mixer | Electric | On Dolly This was tested and it runs well. Pick up in Bessemer, MI 8 (3) Tomato Cages | Plastic Pots Each of the blue tomato cages is about 3 1/2' high. Take the pots that you want. Buyer must pick up in Bessemer, MI 9 Old Town Discovery 174 Canoe | Fiberglass | READ There is a crack on the bottom that looks like it was patched at one time but needs to be repatched. 10 Large Pile of Firewood Buyer must remove. Bring help to move. This has logs that are up to 3 feet long. Some is 15" in diameter. Pick up in Bessemer, MI 13 Galvanized 30 Pound Hanging Bird Feeder It says it feeds up to 50 birds. 14 Chicken Waterers & Feeder, 5 Gal Bucket, Tote This includes a warming light. Buyer must remove. 15 Ames Bedding Fork | Hay | Livestock | Feed This appears to have been lightly used. The tines are all present. 16 Splitting Maul & 2 Racks The coating in the handle has loss near the head. 17 Croquet Set, Balls, Hula Hoop, etc Buyer must remove. 18 Large Aquarium | Reptile Cage | About 90 Gallon Buyer must remove. These are 26" in diameter. 22 Pair of Red Feather Red Tail Snowshoes These have good bindings. These measure 26" long. 22 "Classic" Pink Pedal Car | Child's Toy Cindy added this late. She says that it needs a screw in the front bumper. It measures 3' long and 2' wide. 23 Pair of Tubbs Snowshoes "Catalyst" These have good bindings. They are in decent condition. There is a crack in the webbing as shown in a picture. Each is about 25 1/2" long. 23 Kid's Chopper Motorcycle | Bat-Op | Ride On Cindy added this late. She says it has the battery and charger, but doesn't know if it works. This measures 4' 9". 24 Pair of Tubbs Snowshoes These have good bindings. They are in good condition. Each is about 18" long and 7" wide. . 25 Pair of Atlas Snowshoes | Dual-Trac Superlite These have good bindings. They are in good condition. Each is about 22" long. 26 Pair of Red Feather Red Tail Snowshoes These have good bindings. These measure 26" long. 27 (2) Pair of Hiking Sticks | Kerma | Ski Poles These are 54" long. 28 Square Live Trap | 7" x 7" x 24" This is in very nice condition. 29 Car Washing Brush | Leaf Rake | Shelf Brackets There is a Rubbermaid push broom head. The car washing brush has an adjustable head. These are in good usable condition. 30 Milk Crate on Wall | Automotive Cleaning Stuff Buyer must remove. 31 Aquascape Water Pump | SFA 10000 | Waterfalls This pumps 10,000 gallons per hour with a 5' head. We plugged it in and it seems to work. This comes in a tote for storage. 32 (2) Large Pillow Cases w/ Flannel Sheets | Plant C Cindy used these for covering her plants. 33 Trouble Light | 50' 3 Prong Extension Cord These are both in usable condition. There is no fraying or any damage noted. 34 (2) Heavy Duty Extension Cords One looks to be about 30' and the other is about 10'. Both have cracks to their outer coating. 35 Heavy Duty Jumper Cable | 20' These are in good condition. 36 Used Leather Gloves | 25' Extension Cord 3 Prong There are 5 pair of used leather gloves. 38 Extension Cords | Paint Pans | Drop Clothes These are all nice and usable. These are untested. 41 Flexible Conduit | 14-2 x 100' Conduit etc The 14-2 is new in the package. 42 Husky 1.5hp Air Compressor | 6 Gal | w/ Hose This is tested and is working. 45 (4) Pipe Clamps | Pony etc The shortest is about 4'. 46 Milk Crate of Caulk, Sealants | 13 Tubes These are unopened tubes, but there are no guarantees. 48 Milk Crate of Great Stuff, Etc The cans of Great Stuff is sealed, but there is no guarantees. you must remove the milk crate. There is a gallon jug of Muratic acid. 50 Sanborn Air Compressor | 1hp | Runs Quietly 20 gal This is a 155PSI max. It is a 20 gallon. 51 Lot of 3 x18 Sanding Belts These are new. The Ace dual temp heat gun is tested and working. 132 Chainsaw Sharpening Tools, Splitting Wedge There are 20'' 3/8'' pitch chainsaw chains (three may be new), an axe head, a maul head, files (many new) and more. 133 Stihl MS250 Chainsaw | Tested-Runs This has a 14" bar. It has the case, wrench, and file. 134 Husqvarna 570 Chainsaw | Good Compression This has a 20" bar. This has a new chain. This has compression, but it didn't start when Forest tested it. 135 (3) NEW 20" Chainsaw Bars These would fit a Husqvarna or a Jonsered. |
