Any damage to an item in the loading & unloading process will be considered the fault of the owner of the property and NOT Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. or its owners or its employees.
All bidders/ buyers agree that they are liable for full payment of all items purchased on their buyers numbers.
All buyers understand that Martin Auction (or any of its divisions) shall have the right to collect attorney fees, interest and/or collection costs and disbursements in the event that they shall default on any transactions(s) at this auction on this date in accordance with the "Terms and Conditions" set forth. Further, buyers agree to pay same. Auctioneer will settle all disputes and his word will be final.
