The sheer volume of this Estate is almost overwhelming with 63 years of collecting and accumulating.  That's right, this Family's Estate and home was established in 1958 and they were avid collectors of all things vintage, antique and unique.  In order to process the contents of this Estate we will be rolling out ( 3 ) online only timed auctions to liquidate all the goodies, many of which have been stored away for years and we're not exactly sure what all we will run across.  Auction #1 will focus on the contents of the home and will include lot's of antiques, collectibles and useful everyday items.  Auction #2 & #3 will tackle the shop, garage and storage where we expect all kinds of interesting things to see their first light of day since the 60's, 70's and 80's.  This will be a LOCAL PICKUP ONLY AUCTION located over in Southeast Wichita.  For the convenience of our Buyers, this will be a progressive loadout to coincide with the S&K Downsizing Auction located just a short 1 1/2 mile away.  TWO AUCTIONS in TWO DAYS with convenient loadout times so you only have to make one trip.
