The seller will have the right to accept, reject, or counter any and all high bids or offers to purchase and will have 48 hours from the time of buyer signing offer to purchase to make their decision. 2. Earnest money required at time of buyer signing offer to purchase in the amount of $1,000 per parcel. If buyer were to win high bid on each parcel, $2,000 to be paid in total for earnest money. If seller accepts offer to purchase, earnest money will be credited towards purchase price, if not accepted, earnest money will be returned to buyer. 3.
