The contents of Mrs. Gryder's home having already been sold online at our previous event, this auction will be held live and in person at her home. It offers the entire contents of a spacious, detached garage that's simply filled with a huge variety of quality items. You'll find some furniture, tons of tools and equipment, lawn and garden care items galore, as well as a variety of interesting and unusual items. It's a sale that should be of great interest to the jobber, handyman, do-it-yourselfer, and to bargain hunters of all stripes. There are hundreds of items to be sold, but don't plan your entire day around this auction. Auctioneer Ted says he expects to be finished selling before lunch so you know this one's going to be short, sweet, and fast paced. Naturally, it's a Nash Auction so it's going to be lots of fun too! Special Notice!
The recent rains have left the ground in this community saturated. Parking on the shoulder of Goose Nest Ln. is extremely hazardous! The best available option is for auction goers to drive past the sale site to the end of Goose Nest Ln. where there is a turn-around on the right. (Ground there is firm and stable) Come back out and drive toward the sale, parking in the right lane only with all 4 wheels on the pavement. This will keep everyone dry and out of the ditch. Please do not attempt to park across the road from the sale.
