We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: NO Shipping on this auction EXCEPT on the Hesston NFR Belt Buckles. We will ship these via Priority Mail at the buyers expense. A handling fee of $5.00 per box will be charged. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 10 business days of full payment being received after the auction. The shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card on file. YOU WILL HAVE 2 CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium, a second charge for the shipping/handling/insurance. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, February 13th from 1:00 - 4:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for your items. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Bud & Donna Jesch were LONG time residents of the Stratton community and have both passed away. Bud in 2019 and Donna just in the last few months.
