We reserve the right to cancel and /or reopen the auction in case of system failure. A buyers premium of 15% applies when paying with credit card or 12% when using cash . The amount is added to the sold item's price and the total amount is subject to sales tax of 8%. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All items must be paid and picked up on pick up day. Auction pick up will be Thursday, January 28 at Village Auction, 5428 State Rt. 14, Sodus, NY 14551 10a-6pm. If you fail to pick up items or reach out to us to make other arrangements your credit card will be charged a $100.00 restocking fee. Any items not picked up on pick up day of auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without refunds or any other compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. Negligent offenders will be banned from future auctions.
