(Title to Home(s) held until after check clears.) Full payment on auction day. Manufactured Homes Sold "As Is, Where Is" no warranties or guarantees, you must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents, injury or items after "SOLD." You, the bidder, are responsible to secure your items you have bid on and won. Announcements made on Auction day take priority over previous publications or electronic communications. Dress for Weather. Don't flip cigarette butts on street, driveway or ground, only in proper receptacle. Any site fees that become due is to be paid via Cashier's Check or Money Order to Ingram Manor (Weatherstone Village).
