Listing Information

Our newest auction is just a fraction of the contents of the private collection of a local couple. There are many gorgeous items including clocks and stunning furniture. Also included are various vintage ladies hats. We are very proud to be presenting this auction. The items we are presenting to you are gorgeous. We hope you enjoy viewing them as much as we enjoyed photographing them.

Please note several factors. Auction pick up will NOT be in Beaver Falls. It will be in Greenville, PA.

Address and directions will be provided to winning bidders. Please be aware that due to ongoing issues, any items not claimed on pick up day and time will be subject to a moving and storage fee. There will be no exceptions made.

The fee will depend on the size of the piece. Pick up will be Saturday October 1 only. There will be no early pick up nor will there be late pickup Please be prepared to pick your items up on the day and time stated. We will gladly ship items to you as always.

Item Description
1. Additional Description: 
This beautiful wool rug would be perfect for any period home.  It does have some areas of fading, but it is a great rug.  It measures 11 feet 11 inches by 8 ft. 

2. Additional Description: 
This large rug is absolutely stunning.  It would go nicely in a restoration home.  The rug measures 14 feet 8 inches by 8 feet 11 inches. 

3. Additional Description: 
Lot includes two very nice wool rugs.  One is what we would call a runner  The other, appears to have been cut down from a larger rug.  Both match in color and design. Both appear to be wool.  The runner measures 10 feet 9 inches by 3 feet 10 inches.  The smaller rug measures 3 feet 2 inches by 3 feet 10 inches. 

4. Additional Description: 
This very large rug also appears to be wool.  It does have some slight damage as noted in the photos.  The piece measures 10 Feet 2 inches by 8 feet 2 inches. 

5. Additional Description: 
Lot includes several rolls of carpet is of the remnant variety.  There are two shades.  One is a tan and one is an off white. 

6. Additional Description: 
Various sections of carpet underlayment.  We believe these are wool.  They do not appear to be the synthetic type most commonly found today. 

7. Additional Description: 
This gorgeous piece just needs a little TLC to be brought back to its original splendor!  It appears that all of the missing pieces for this marble topped three drawer chest with mirror are still with the piece.  The piece is what appears to have burl wood inlay. 

8. Additional Description: 
Another gorgeous rug!  This one in great shape.  It measures 10 feet 3 inches by 7 feet 11 inches. 

9. Additional Description: 
Beautiful light wood filing cabinet.  This piece has four letter sized drawers with metal hardware.  It is in great condition. 

10. Additional Description: 
This piece really captivated us.  It is marked American Systems on the front panel.  Behind that panel are fold down clipped trays similar to a cash register tray.  The bottom is made of wood with three drawers.  We believe it is an early type of small business sales organizer.  

11. Additional Description: 
This antique dresser is a project piece. It could be restored with some dedication and imagination.  It could become a family heirloom for your family.  

12. Additional Description: 
This tall red dresser appears to be hand dovetailed.  It is in good condition and would be very nice in a child's room.  

13. Additional Description: 
This small red dresser matches the tall red dresser.  It has two doors beneath, one of which is broken but included for repair.  

14. Additional Description: 
Small red four drawer dresser.  This piece is in good condition.  It matches the other two red pieces.

15. Additional Description: 
Large primitive reaping grass hay rake.  This piece would be a nice decorative piece if one is careful with it.  Of course, it can still be used for its original purpose as well.  

16. Additional Description: 
This gorgeous oak time clock is from International Time Recording Co. of Endicott, NY.  The clock is in amazing condition.  The glass is intact, it appears to have no scratches or cosmetic issues at all. 

17. Additional Description: 
This beautiful clock is labeled Revere Telechron.  The original paper instructions are still affixed to the back door.  The clock is electric.  

18. Additional Description: 
Gorgeous light wood clock marked Ansonia Clock Company, New York United States of America.  This company ceased operation in 1929.  The clock includes the key.

19. Additional Description: 
This clock is very interesting. It appears to be wrought iron.  There are no markings on the face or movement to indicate an era or maker.  The clock was functioning when we photographed it. 

20. Additional Description: 
Don't let the look of this clock fool you, it is bronzed.  Research indicates that this is a Westwood Chadwick wall clock in the Hollywood Regency style.  The tag attached to the clock says Westwood as well.  The clock itself is not marked. 

21. Additional Description: 
This German clock features a boy and a girl sitting on a see saw.  The clock is marked Made in Germany and appears to be hand painted.  It may be missing some pieces. 

22. Additional Description: 
Minneapolis Honeywell thermostat Regulator clock.  This one is marked Model 77 and is in excellent condition.

Primitive yarn winder.  Appears to be complete.

Very nice antique butter churn.  With some elbow grease and a bit of TLC this will be a stunning display piece.

Lot of three Claybrooke brand tabletop hoops games.  All three appear new in the box.

Pair of cardboard beer signs.  Both are from Koch's brand beer. Koch's ceased production in 1985 after over 100 years of brewing.

Large framed Protected Home Circle charter.  This branch was chartered in Oil City, PA.  Research indicates the Protected Home Circle was a fraternal organization that was founded to help families after the Sharon fire in 1936.  This piece is a remarkable remnant of local history.

Lovely framed print of a woman in medieval looking dress.  Attached to the back is a note which reads Robert Francis Richey (illegible word 1940's.) This piece is beautifully framed. 

77. Additional Description: 
Framed photo of what appears to be a farmstead.  There is a note on the back which says Raymond and and Eleanor Skellie.  Please see photos for imperfections.

Framed photo of Penn High School.  This could be a school which no longer exists or it could be Penn High school in the state of Indiana which is still in operation.

Painting of a paddle boat.  This piece is not a print. It is in great condition however it is not framed.

Painting of what appears to be a small ship hitting a rock.  This piece is framed.  We could not find a signature.  Please see photos for imperfections.

Framed painting.  This piece appears to be an original.  Included with the painting is a note which indicates the painting was a trade between the owner and the artist in exchange for some glassware.

Included are two class photos.  Both appear to have come from a historical society or museum.  The first is labeled Class of 1911, the second was taken approximately 1909.

This piece appears to be a pen and ink drawing of a man.  It is signed Robert C Barker with a note attached saying Bob Barker.  We are positive it is not Bob Barker of Price is Right fame.  There are several Bob Barkers who are artists.

Two framed prints of what appear to be Civil War dignitaries.  One is marked Jefferson Davis.

1. Additional Description: 
This beautiful wool rug would be perfect for any period home.  It does have some areas of fading, but it is a great rug.  It measures 11 feet 11 inches by 8 ft. 

2. Additional Description: 
This large rug is absolutely stunning.  It would go nicely in a restoration home.  The rug measures 14 feet 8 inches by 8 feet 11 inches. 

3. Additional Description: 
Lot includes two very nice wool rugs.  One is what we would call a runner  The other, appears to have been cut down from a larger rug.  Both match in color and design. Both appear to be wool.  The runner measures 10 feet 9 inches by 3 feet 10 inches.  The smaller rug measures 3 feet 2 inches by 3 feet 10 inches.

This very large rug also appears to be wool.  It does have some slight damage as noted in the photos.  The piece measures 10 Feet 2 inches by 8 feet 2 inches.

Lot includes several rolls of carpet is of the remnant variety.  There are two shades.  One is a tan and one is an off white.

Various sections of carpet underlayment.  We believe these are wool.  They do not appear to be the synthetic type most commonly found today.

This gorgeous piece just needs a little TLC to be brought back to its original splendor!  It appears that all of the missing pieces for this marble topped three drawer chest with mirror are still with the piece.  The piece is what appears to have burl wood inlay.

Another gorgeous rug!  This one in great shape.  It measures 10 feet 3 inches by 7 feet 11 inches.

Beautiful light wood filing cabinet.  This piece has four letter sized drawers with metal hardware.  It is in great condition.

This piece really captivated us.  It is marked American Systems on the front panel.  Behind that panel are fold down clipped trays similar to a cash register tray.  The bottom is made of wood with three drawers.  We believe it is an early type of small business sales organizer.

This antique dresser is a project piece. It could be restored with some dedication and imagination.  It could become a family heirloom for your family.

This tall red dresser appears to be hand dovetailed.  It is in good condition and would be very nice in a child's room.

This small red dresser matches the tall red dresser.  It has two doors beneath, one of which is broken but included for repair.

Small red four drawer dresser.  This piece is in good condition.  It matches the other two red pieces.

Large primitive reaping grass hay rake.  This piece would be a nice decorative piece if one is careful with it.  Of course, it can still be used for its original purpose as well.

This gorgeous oak time clock is from International Time Recording Co. of Endicott, NY.  The clock is in amazing condition.  The glass is intact, it appears to have no scratches or cosmetic issues at all. 

17. Additional Description: 
This beautiful clock is labeled Revere Telechron.  The original paper instructions are still affixed to the back door.  The clock is electric.  

18. Additional Description: 
Gorgeous light wood clock marked Ansonia Clock Company, New York United States of America.  This company ceased operation in 1929.  The clock includes the key.

This clock is very interesting. It appears to be wrought iron.  There are no markings on the face or movement to indicate an era or maker.  The clock was functioning when we photographed it. 

20. Additional Description: 
Don't let the look of this clock fool you, it is bronzed.  Research indicates that this is a Westwood Chadwick wall clock in the Hollywood Regency style.  The tag attached to the clock says Westwood as well.  The clock itself is not marked.

This German clock features a boy and a girl sitting on a see saw.  The clock is marked Made in Germany and appears to be hand painted.  It may be missing some pieces.

Minneapolis Honeywell thermostat Regulator clock.  This one is marked Model 77 and is in excellent condition.

Large framed Protected Home Circle charter.  This branch was chartered in Oil City, PA.  Research indicates the Protected Home Circle was a fraternal organization that was founded to help families after the Sharon fire in 1936.  This piece is a remarkable remnant of local history.

Lovely framed print of a woman in medieval looking dress.  Attached to the back is a note which reads Robert Francis Richey (illegible word 1940's.) This piece is beautifully framed.

Framed photo of what appears to be a farmstead.  There is a note on the back which says Raymond and and Eleanor Skellie.  Please see photos for imperfections.

Framed photo of Penn High School.  This could be a school which no longer exists or it could be Penn High school in the state of Indiana which is still in operation.

Please note several factors. Auction pick up will NOT be in Beaver Falls. It will be in Greenville, PA.

Address and directions will be provided to winning bidders. Please be aware that due to ongoing issues, any items not claimed on pick up day and time will be subject to a moving and storage fee. There will be no exceptions made.

This gorgeous oak time clock is from International Time Recording Co. of Endicott, NY.  The clock is in amazing condition.  The glass is intact, it appears to have no scratches or cosmetic issues at all.
