BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyers' premium is added to the high bid to establish the final invoice price. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115. REGISTRATION: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in this sale. In addition, You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and at least 21 years old to purchase a hand gun. In order to bid, you must create a username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. AUCTION FORMAT: This is an online only auction. Bids will be accepted online for a period of days indicated, after which the high bidder becomes the winner of each lot they successfully bid on. Lots will close at staggered times, 30 seconds apart. If a bid is placed within 2 minutes of the scheduled auction close, an addition 2 minutes will be added to the bidding for a soft close on that item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted once the Auctioneer accepts the buyer's final winning bid. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. Lots 2-52 include an assortment of household furnishings, tools and equipment. All items from these lots are located at a private residence in Toledo, OH near the Laskey & Douglas area where pickup will also be located. Lot 53-65 include pistols, a shotgun and rifles. These firearms will be located at ADCO Firearms, LLC where they can be picked up or where shipping arrangments can be made to your local FFL dealer.
