Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Buyers are responsible for removal and loading. An independant Contractor, Merwin Fowler 870-370-6002 will be available with a 4000 lb capacity fork lift to lift and set heavy items on your trailer. Buyers responsibility to get the items to the door and outside enough to lift. Buyers will pay Orrell Auctions for the merchandise and contract with Fowler for his service if required. The Seller, Orrell Auctions, or Contractor Merwin Fowler are not responsible for accidents, physical harm to any person or damage to merchandise. Buyers are responsible for disconnecting plumbing and electrical lines from the machinery at the first possible disconnect point from the machine or cut the line as near as possible to the machine. All other copper and iron pipe of the machinery plumbing system will be sold in scrap lot # 57. Several cuts will need to be made. Bring cordless power tools or a generator. Power and water to building are off. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. Any items that are not removed during the time allowed will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold. Shipping: We do not ship. If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time.

All machines were working at the time the business closed except possibly lot 60 the air compressor, is seems to be locked up and is not connected to the plumbing. Also lot 12 the GE washer is not connected so it wasn't being used. All other machines are connected to electrical and plumbing so are suspected to be functional as this business was in operation until about 4 months ago in the summer of 2020.
