The home described below and its contents and appurtenances is being sold at Public Auction on Friday, January 8, 2021, authorized by Weatherstone Village Manufactured Home Community - Lienholder and Innkeeper's Lien for unpaid rent and lien for storage charges. The home is abandoned, no lives in the home.

Minimum Opening Bid:  $1,075.00, * Approximately + Estimated 2020 & 2021 Property Taxes & BMV Title transfer fee, 

( One Thousand Seventy Five Dollars and Zero Cents ), Approximately

MUST Be Removed Off Weatherstone Village Premises - High Winning Bidder is Responsible to Move this Home.

 

TERMS: CASH, Any check payment must be pre-approved with Auctioneer by Tuesday, January 5, 2021, w/full photo ID, (Title to Homes held until after check clears) credit/debit cards w/3% additional process fee. Out-of state checks must be pre-approved by calling the Auctioneer at 219-763-3741 prior to Auction by January 5, 2021. Full payment on auction day. Manufactured Home Sold "As Is, Where Is" no warranties or guarantees, you must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents, injury or items after "SOLD."
