Densmore with Union Army honorable discharge July, 1865 & note from family-document not for sale) drum, phyfe & pump organ in carrying case, (Cornelius E. Densmore is Mary Jane Hart Black’s Great Grandfather.  The family tree is: Cornelius E. Densmore, born August 23, 1834-he had 5 Children, of which the youngest was Willie E. Densmore, born June 21, 1878 she had 2 children and one is Winnifred Densmore Hart born ct 26, 1906-she had 2 children and one is Mary Jane Hart Black born January 7, 1934.  The letter with his discharge certificate reads as follows-Cornelius E. Densmore, Said Comrade Cornelius E.
