We deal with cash or approved check with positive ID.We are not responsible for lost or damage merchandise once the auctioneer says sold it is yours,We run a honest Place we don't let clients bid on their own merchandise nor any one associated with clients to runot bids up,Any announcements made the night of Auction take precedence over printed or written materials. We don't penalize our customers with a Byers Premium. We do how ever charge 7% sales tax.
