It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered please contact us to schedule a time. HGWT llc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All items must be paid for in full on Pick Up Day. Payment methods Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover from buyer only. We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days.

This is an online only auction to liquidate a collection of baseball cards and Sports Memorabilia from an estate in St Louis. We are NOT and do not claim to be knowledgeable, collectors, appraisors or experts in cards and are not presenting our selves as such. You are getting what is photographed as we recieved it. Any claims of condition, rarity or any other value impacting statements are Fluff and should be taken as opinion and not fact. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 on Tuesday Dec 15th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from noon till 6 on Thursday December 17th at the shop. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids to help offset the fees associated with online auctions.
