Terms & Conditions
Starting/ Closing Date & Time: Auction will begin Monday November 2nd @ 6:00 P.M. & will begin (Soft Close) closing Thursday November 5th @ 6:00 P.M. Any bid placed in the last minute wil extend the bidding another minute.
Removal Date: Pickup shall take place Saturday November 7th 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Registration: To participate, you must register online. You must put down your name, number, and email so we can contact you if you are successful on a bid you've made. Please note that multiple auctioneers use this program nationwide. If we see a pervious deline on your record, we may refuse to allow you to participate.
Conditions: All items are being sold as-is. Catalog descripitions are not guarantees. Please look at the pictures clearly before bidding on items. 15% Buyers Premuim will be added to all purchases.
Payment: CASH or CHECK! All buyers will pay when picking up their items on the pick-up dates.
Non-Payment: Any non-payment will result in your profile being banned in the future from Dave Pritchard Auctioneering live and online bidding. Furthermore you authorize us to share your information with other auction companies that use this auction program.
Shipping: We do not ship items!
