GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS
1. U.S. Currency only. International bids will be accepted only if bidder has an available U.S. Shipping address.
2. THE BUYERS PREMIUM FOR ALL ONLINE AUCTION PURCHASES IS 18% REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT FORM.
3. An 8.375% Nevada State Sales Tax will be charged when applicable.
4. All online winning bidders will receive a paid invoice no later than the day following the auction. If applicable, we will add shipping and insurance charges once they have been calculated, after which you will receive a final invoice. You will also receive a FedEx or USPS tracking number for your package(s).
5. MCMANUS AUCTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD YOU REGISTERED WITH IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. If your card is declined, you will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee and your bidding privileges may be revoked. MCMANUS AUCTIONS GIVES A GRACE PEROID UNTL NOON THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION TO CALL THE OFFICE AND MAKE AN ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PRIOR TO NOON.
6. WE WILL NOT SHIP FURNITURE, PICTURES, GLASS OR OTHER FRAGILE ITEMS. DO NOT BID ON THEM UNLESS YOU WILL PERSONALLY BE PICKING THEM UP.
7. MCMANUS AUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE CASH OR A CASHIERS CHECK FOR PAYMENT IN-FULL FROM ANY WINNING BIDDER AS IT SEES FIT. IF TRANSCATION IS CANCLED DUE TO BUYER REFUSING TO PAY BY CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK THEN BUYERS WILL FORFIT THE BUYERS PREMIUM. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTOCKING FEE OF 18%.

5. INTERNET BUYERS MUST PAY ONLINE. THE CARD WILL BE CHARGED NO LATER THAN THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. IF THE CARD IS DECLINED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE AND YOUR BIDDING PRIVILEGES MAY BE REVOKED. THE ONLINE BIDDER'S PREMIUM IS 18%. 7. ALL ITEMS ARE DESCRIBED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR GOLD, SILVER, AND U.S. COINS. THESE ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED AS GENUINE GOLD AND SILVER WHEN APPLICABLE.
8. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED/REMOVED FROM THE OFFSITE LOCATION UNLESS PAID IN FULL. BUYER WILL RELINQUISH ANY RIGHT TO ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AT THE OFFSITE LOCATION AND NO COMPENSATION WILL BE ISSUED. OR, IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ONLY, IF ITEMS ARE BROUGHT BACK TO THE AUCTION HOUSE, A TRANSPORTAION FEE $25+ ( DEPENDING ON THE ITEMS ) WILL BE AADDED TO BUYER'S INVOICE.
9. LOCAL ONLINE BUYERS REMOVE ITEMS AT THEIR OWN RISK.
10. MCMANUS AUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PULL ANY ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION AND OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO PULL AN ENTIRE AUCTION FOR ANY REASON - IF AUCTION IS PULLED, THEN CONSIGNOR MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OPERATING COSTS INCLUDING LABOR AND MATERIALS.
11. MCMANUS AUCTIONS HAS THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ON UNPAID INVOICES BY USING DEPOSITS, CREDIT CARDS OR A 3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY. BIDDING PRIVILEGES MAY BE REVOKED.
12. IN ANY ACTION OF ANY KIND RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO COLLECT REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS FROM THE NON-PREVAILING PARTY, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RECOVERY TO WHICH THE PREVAILING PARTY IS ENTITLED.
13. BIDS, BUYERS, AND CONSIGNOR INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL. DO NOT ASK!
14. MCMANUS AUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE CASH OR A CASHIERS CHECK FOR PAYMENT IN-FULL FROM ANY WINNING BIDDER AS IT SEES FIT.
15. BY REGISTERING TO BID YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE AND BELOW.
16. ANY CHANGES MADE TO YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID AFTER YOU REGISTER TO BID ON A SPECIFIC AUCTION WILL NOT BE UPDATED FOR THAT AUCTION, OR ANY CURRENT AUCTIONS REGISTERED FOR AT THAT TIME. MCMANUS AUCTIONS DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR HIBID ACCOUNT OR CARD NUMBERS, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTAINING OF FUNDS IN/OR UPDATING OF BIDDERS' ACCOUNTS. 17. ALL FIREARM PURCHASES WILL ONLY BE TRANSFERED TO A COMPLETELY LICENSED FIREARMS DEALER (FFL DEALER- REGULATED BY THE ALCOHOL TABACCO , FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES AGENCY). NO CURIO AND RELICS LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BLACK POWDER IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION. NO FIREARMS, AMMO OR ACCESORIES PURCHASES WILL BE CONDUCTED TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA OF ANY KIND.
18.UPON REQUEST BY LAW A COMPLIMENTARY GUN LOCK WILL BE PROVIDED FOR FIREARM PURCHASES.
SHIPPING/INSURANCE/PICK-UP
We ship via USPS (Flat Rate) Priority Mail, and FedEx. We will package your items and calculate shipping charges prior to emailing you a final invoice. Along with the postage cost, there is a $5+ handling charge based upon the items that are being shipped. Insurance is added to all items being shipped when the item total is greater than $50.00. We use the insurance scale from the USPS to calculate the amount added to your invoice.
WE WILL NOT SHIP FURNITURE, PICTURES, GLASS OR OTHER FRAGILE ITEMS. DO NOT BID ON THEM ONLESS YOU WILL PERSONALLY BE PICKING THEM UP.
ALL LOCAL BUYERS MUST PICK UP THEIR ITEMS NO LATER THAN 5:00PM ON THE WEDNESDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. ALL ITEMS LEFT WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
PICK UP DAYS FOR THE ONLINE ONLY AUCTION ARE MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY ONLY, 9:00am - 5:00pm. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PICK UP ITEMS FROM THIS AUCTION ON SUNDAY. INVOICES WILL NOT BE READY UNTIL MONDAY MORNING.
If you purchase any items from our Auction and do not come to pick them up or contact us within 30 days from the date of sale, we will be forced to liquidate your items without any refund. We do apologize for having to do this, but we are just overloaded on unclaimed merchandise at this time
