Doors will be opened for 5 minutes of viewing. Winning bidder must pay for unit in full plus $100 cleaning deposit before removing any items from storage unit. $100 cleaning deposit is per unit and will be returned after unit is cleaned and a final inspection done. Payment: Cash, Good Check Credit Cards(MC, Visa, Discover); 4% Convenience Fee for paying with Credit Card. $100 refundable cleaning deposit per unit. Announcements take priority over printed material. Everything Sold As Is. No Warranties. All contents must be removed from storage units.
