All items sell "As Is" with no warranties. All Sales Final. All items must be removed day of auction. Cash, Good Check or Credit / Debit card (3% buyers premium for card) accepted.
Absentee Bids may be placed on items with a credit/debit card. Bidding on item will start with first live bid and bids will progress between live bidding and absentee bider(s) until highest bidder wins. (Bidding for Absentee bidder will stop when their maximum bid has been reached). If Absentee bidder was the winner of the item they will be notified after the auction and arrangements can be made to pick up and pay for the item. If absentee bidder does not respond or does not pick the item up item, the credit/debit card on file will be charged the winning bid price plus the 3% buyers premium for using a credit/debit card.
When purchasing Guns: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns.
