Purchasers must clean out units entirely and remove all contents from the property within 48 hours of auction ending. Units must be broom swept. Dumpster on site may not be used for unwanted contents. Sellers, owners, auctioneers and employees are not responsible for goods once sold (buyers responsible for securing units with locks after sold) , damage to items or accidents to person or property. All statements made on day of auction take precedence over printed and advertised matter.
