Your bid along with these terms creates a legal binding contract between you, Jones Auction Service, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC. All items sell As Is, Where Is, No Exceptions and No guarantee or warranty. 2. 5% Internet Premium applies. 3. The Credit Card used at the time of registration can be charged at the conclusion of the auction or cash payments will be accepted. 4. Online/Internet bidding only- Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of a claim against Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC; the seller; the internet bidding platform company; or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly or if the bidder does not use the Live Catalog option when the lots start to close, or for any computer interruptions. 5. All bidding will be online/internet bidding only at www.jonesauctionservice.hibid.com and requires a valid credit card to register, Visa or MasterCard accepted. 6. Buyer is responsible for the complete removal of buyer's purchases and accepts full responsibility for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on pick up premises. Seller, auctioneers and buyer expressly agree that the buyer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify seller, auctioneers and their respective affiliates for any and all damages (whether based on contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and including special, incidental and consequential damages), losses, expenses, attorney's fees, court cost, etc. that arise out of or result from the removal, possession or use of any items purchased at auction, or any other claim regarding the use or possession of any asset purchased at auction. Your bid is a legal binding contract between you and Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC. All sales are final and sold As Is, Where Is, without warranties or guarantees of any type and with all faults-No Exceptions. Auctioneers and seller expressly disclaim and exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Auctioneers are licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Licensing & Regulation. 9. All buyers must acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions provided at the time of online registration. Your bid is a contract to purchase should you be the winning bidder. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. We make every effort in preparing the catalog to provide accurate descriptions of all items. At the close of the sale, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC will send your invoice/receipt to the email address used to register. Your invoice/receipt will include the total winning bid price, the 5% Internet Premium, and 3% credit card convenience fee. Payment is due in full upon receipt of your invoice and within 24 hours of the close of the sale. (Please see Shipping Options if you are requiring shipping services). PAYMENT: 1. Cash or Credit cards can be charged following the close of the auction for the invoice total and internet premium. No items will be released until payment is made in full with cleared funds- No Exceptions. Visa or MasterCard for purchases up to and including $5,000 with a 3% convenience fee. 2. At the close of the auction, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC will send out your invoice/receipt to the email address used to register. You will be invoiced for your purchase, the 5% Internet Premium and any applicable transaction fees. Shipping is available at buyer's expense with a $5 handling fee.

Bidding is now OPEN for the custom art banners featured in the Art on Main - Watertown Main Street Program unique outdoor art exhibit. Art on Main was created to celebrate the talent of local artists and to add color and beautify our downtown during the summer months. All proceeds from the banner auction will support future projects through the Main Street Program. Bidding is open to the public from October 1st with bidding ending on Friday, October 16th, 2020 starting at noon. Click on each banner to view the unique and talented artwork on both sides of each banner. Banners measure 18 inches by 48 inches and are clear coated for outdoor use. The banners also feature grommets at the top and bottom near the rod pockets for mounting or displaying. Banners will be available for local pick up at the Jones Auction & Realty office located in Watertown. Shipping is available at buyer's expense. Previously a live event, the banner auction has been switched to ONLINE ONLY due to Covid-19 restrictions. Bids will be accepted until Friday, October 16, 2020 starting at Noon. Money raised goes to support next year's Art on Main program. Buyer Premium: 5% Cash, 8% Credit Card PAYMENT: 1. Cash payments can be accepted at the time of pick up or Credit cards can be charged following the close of the auction for the invoice total plus convenience premium.
