Real Estate Auction Procedure:

First Round - Parcels A and B will be auctioned indicidually and the high bids and bidder numbers will be recorded. We will then take a short recess to give everyone a chance to review the bids.

Second Round - The bidding on Parcels A & B will be re-opened and further bids will be taken. The high bids and bidder numbers will be recorded. This is the last time that parcels A & B will be offered on an individual basis.

Combination - Parcels A & B will be offered in combination by taking the high bids of each parcel at the end of the round 2, adding the two prices together, and then adding $2,500 to the total, and at that price the bidding may open. If the bidding opens, it may continue from there.
