Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  All Bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection before bidding and buying.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer those items become the responsiblity of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen items.  All items must be paid for day of auction. 

Directions:  105 & 107 North Madison Street Sallisaw, Ok.   Head west on hwy 64 in Sallisaw and turn LEFT on "No Name" Street just before the Casey's Store, and follow auction signs. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID, Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyer's fee included with the final total of the bill.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyer's fee will be waived on persoanl property items only.

Auctioneer's Note:  The furniture in this auction is absolutely beautiful.  If you are looking for quality furniture, be sure to attend this auction.   The auction will begin at 10am and the Real Estate portion of the auction will be conducted approx. 11am.  Upon conclusion of the Real Estate portion of the auciton the auction for the personal property items will resume.   Please arrive early to register and receive your buyer's / bidder card.   You must present your driver's license at the time of registration.
