Sale announcements will start at 10:00 AM on Tract #1.
Note: Tugwell Auction & Realty will provide envelopes for bidders and all bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM with contact information, name, address and phone number. Envelopes will be opened and the high bid will be announced.
The owner has the right to accept or reject all bids.
The high bidder will be required to make a 10% deposit day of auction with balance in 30 days.
Tract #1 bid will be required to lay open for 10 days because of a minor child.
Tracts #2 and #3 will be confirmed day of sale.
The owners are responsible for the cost of preparing the deeds and revenue stamps. Any other closing costs will be the responsibility of the buyers.
Real Estate Taxes will be prorated as of closing for 2020.
