Settlement in full must be made on sale day in cash, debit or charge cards (3% surcharge applies) and before goods are removed from the premises. PLEASE NOTIFY THE AUCTION COMPANY - If payments are being made by other method then credit card on file. Goods left on premises may at the option of the Auctioneer become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored may after notice to the purchaser be resold at the next upcoming sale and any deficiency charged to the purchaser. All goods are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis and no warranty implied or otherwise exists in relation to any goods offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the sale.
