Join us Saturday October 10th, 2020 in Sallisaw, Ok. at the Sequoyah County Fairgrounds Building for the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Auciton.  We will have vehicles, ammo, and approximately 250 guns to be sold at auction to the highest bidder.   All Federal and State Firearms Requirements will apply to this auction.  All buyer's of firearms must be able to pass a background check before purchasing any firearem.  Any state transfers must be arrainged through the Sheriff's Office.  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is condition without any warranties or guaranties of any kind. 

All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any printed, electronic, or social media  advertisement material.

Descriptions of firearms was made according to the list provided by the seller.  Border Town Auction is not responsible for any incorrect descriptions of any item. 

Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  Any warranties or representations will be between the buyer and seller only if any.   All bidders are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items prior to bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the item sold, that item will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All purchases of firearms will be subject to all Federal and State Firearms Laws.  All firearm purchases will be subject to a background check performed by either the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office or a Licensed FFL Dealer.  All Transfers of Firearms across State Lines must be arrainged with a Licensed FFL Dealer 

Buyer's who purchase any gun will be able to take possesion of guns the day of auction upon successfully passing a required ATF background check at the auction.  

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with property and satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Purchases made with the use of a credit or debit card will have a 4% buyer's fee included with the final total of the purchase.  Purchases made with the use of cash or approved check, the 4% buyers fee will be waived on personal property item purhcases only. 

Directions:  This auction will be held at the Sequoyah County Fairgrounds Building located at 464101 East 1070 Rd. Sallisaw, Ok. 74955.   

All Attendees of the Auction are encouraged to Wear a Face Covering or Mask, and to follow the CDC and the Oklahoma Governor's Office Guidelines for Social Distancing.
