He is in the business of remodels, maintenance and foreclosure cleanup’s. Landlords and banks use him all the time. We wanted to introduce you to Terry’s maintenance and remodeling. He can be reached at 316-640-4633. During the course of his normal business he finds oddities, appliances, good furniture and more. Only the best of his items make it to the sale. You should bid on these with confidence. Appliances are removed in good working order as well as any fixtures. So if you know of a friend, family member or a realtor that could use his services, spread the word! I like the white vanity with the mirror, the Babe Ruth collector cards, The Samsung, The TV stand and some of the name brand men’s clothing.
