You will be required to pay the 7% sales tax. No exceptions unless we have a copy of your business license. 5)We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel auctions, add to or remove items from an auction, and to establish minimum bids for items. 6)Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities for injuries to persons or property during the pickup and removal of items purchased.. Bidders understand that in the event of a halted auction with revised closing date, because of current software constraints, all lots that had closed prior to the time that the auction was halted will reopen for bidding when the auction restarts.
