We try to photograph and describe items to assist in determining value, but the ultimate determination is up to the bidder.

Information contained in this catalog was obtained from the seller, or derived from our observations. The information is believed to be accurate, but should not solely be used when determining value.
A 10% BUYER PREMIUM will be added to the final bid amount of every item to determine the final selling price. For example, a final bid of $100 will result in the selling price of $110.
The auction will end with a "soft close" . This means that items receiving bids in the final two minutes will have bidding extended for another 2 minutes. A soft close allows us to find the highest bidder, not the quickest bidder.
Auction load out will occur on Monday, September 21 between 12n and 6pm. Please contact us at leistauctioneers@gmail.com to make an appointment for picking up your items.
Registered credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction, unless indicated differently during registration. If you would like to pay in cash or check, please indicate in the notes section of registration.
We will not be shipping any items for this auction.

After many years in Antrim County, Mike is moving to Drummond Island and offering the following at online auction.
Preview for these items will be between 3pm and 6pm on Friday, September 18.
Load out will be by appointment on Monday, September 21 between 2pm and 6pm.
After the completion of the auction, we will email invoices to winning bidders. If you believe you won an item and did not receive an invoice, please check your "Promotions" of "Spam" folders in your email.
Along with your invoice you will receive a link to schedule your load out time. Click the link, check the time you wish to check out between 2pm and 6pm and then submit.
