Terms and Conditions: Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. Bids are not retractable and can not be deleted. Be sure before you bid! There is a 2 step confirmation before your bid is recorded. Once you have confirmed your bid, it can not be removed and you have legaly obligated yourself to follow through with the purchase if in fact you become the winning bidder. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time, with cash, good check or credit card (if you pay with credit card, 3% will be added to invoice total) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. If you can not pick up during the designated pick up time, DO NOT BID!! Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof. Buyers are responsible for loading. Bring help for the heavy stuff. Auction staff does not load. Ocasionally helpers are on hand at the auction site to help load. If if in fact helpers will be on hand, it will be noted in the Winnig Bidder Email With Invoice. They are not furnished by the Auction Co. and work for tips only. If you require their help, be prepared to pay them directly. Shipping: We do not ship.

Due to much of our auction service area being in the path of Hurricane Laura, and the potential of widespread power outages and loss of internet service during the scheduled closing time, and the fact that even if we closed the auction Thursday evening as planned, it will be raining in the area Friday during the scheduled pick up time and we would have to change pick up time anyway. So, both, the closing & pick up times for the Wayne Crowder Estate Antiques Auction will be changed. Closing time will be reset to Wed. Sept. 2nd at 8pm. Pick up time will be Thursday Sept 3rd from 11am until 1pm or by appointment. The forecast calls for sunshine both those days and hopefully any outages will be restored by then.
