Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 45 W Carey Street Knightstown, IN On Tuesday August 25 by scheduled pickup. Between the Hours of 8:30 and 6:00PM, and Wednesday August 26 8:30-3:00. Please bring any boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and loading labor you might need.
Shipping Arrangements must be made through our office. Items not picked up by Monday August 31, 2020 will be considered abandoned, and will be sold for storage. If you can not make this pick up window please DO NOT BID!
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.
