10% Buyers Premium on all bids.
$131.75 Estimated Title & Registration fee on all bids.

3% Convenience Fee on all credit/debit card transactions.
All sales are final upon award of online bid.
Bidder is required to pay $500 nonrefundable deposit upon winning bid. Upon auction end, this deposit will be charged to your credit card and deducted from the balance due.
PAYMENT:
After the auction ends, you will receive an invoice via email.
Full payment must be made by 4:00 pm Wednesday, September 9.
We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Online Credit/Debit Card Payments - Go to www.BellinghamAuction.com. 3% convenience fee applies.
2. Bank Wire Transfer - Request bank wire transfer information by emailing Info@BellinghamAuction.com.
3. Cashier's Check/Money Order - You MUST provide the office with your driver's license number prior to paying with cashier's check/money order by calling 360-647-5370 or emailing Info@BellinghamAuction.com.
We CANNOT accept cash payments due to COVID-19.
Washington State residents, who are not motor vehicle dealers, must pay Washington State sales tax plus any applicable title or license fees on the purchase of titled vehicles.
Sales tax on motor vehicles is 8.9%.
Out of state residents / tax exempt residents must contact the office at 360-647-5370, or by email Info@BellinghamAuction.com, to complete all required documents to be exempt from sales tax.
After payment has been made in full, you'll receive a revised invoice showing paid in full and instructions for title/registration paperwork and pick up of vehicle.
Failure to fulfill payment obligations will affect future bidding privileges and is considered fraud.
TITLE DOCUMENTS:
The registered bidder's name and address will be the name and address on the vehicle title/registration paperwork. Please confirm your bidder information is accurate.
Do not purchase a vehicle for someone else.
The bidder information on the invoice must match the information on the vehicle title/registration paperwork.
Title documents will be prepared prior to removal of vehicle and signed when vehicle is picked up.
We will mail you your license plates and registration within 45 days. The State of Washington will mail you the title.
Estimated title fees are $131.75. If this estimate is too high, you will receive a refund check in the mail with your license plates and registration. If this estimate is too low, you will be required to pay the balance due.
DOCUMENT FEE ON TITLED VEHICLES:
A $50.00 documentary service fee will be charged on each titled vehicle/vessel purchased. (Trucks, cars, vans, buses, motorcycles, boats & trailers).
REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
All vehicle purchasers must make an appointment for curbside removal.
No purchases may be removed until all purchases are paid for.
Removal dates/times: Wednesday, September 9 through Thursday, September 10. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Please bring a printed copy of your paid invoice.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is", with all faults and without any warranties. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type. No Implied Warranty Negotiation Statement - Under the law, a vehicle is sold with an implied warranty as to the merchantability and fitness of that vehicle. The price of the vehicle is negotiated by online auction bidding and that bid price is with no warranty. Failure to award bid: Online bidders will not have any claim against the Bellingham Public Auto Auction, LLC for failure to submit bids to the auctioneer or any error on the bidding platform. In some instances, the bidding platform may show an item awarded to an online customer; however, we reserve the right to withdraw a bid awarded in error.
A bid is considered a binding contract.
When placing a bid, you are entering a contract to purchase the item and to deliver payment within the time period specified.
By bidding, you are agreeing to purchase that item for your bid amount, plus any and all fees.
Do not bid on an item, or multiple items, if you cannot pay.
Failure to pay for an item is considered fraud.
MAX BIDS:
When you place a max bid, HiBid's bidding technology will automatically place bids on your behalf, using the smallest increment necessary to ensure you remain the high bidder until your max bid is met.
TIE BIDS:
