Online Only Auction of closed office, building scheduled for demolition. Selling off Tools, remaining office furniture, appliances, electronics, tools, and salvage items. Auction begins to close at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2020. Items close 1 item per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

Pick-up of items will be on Friday, August 21, from 10 AM to 7 PM, at the corner of N. High Street and W. North Broadway in Clintonville. All items must be paid for and removed at that time. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR AND REMOVED DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE, AND WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DISPOSED OF AT THE AUCTIONEER'S DISCRETION.

Parking will be limited here; there are 5 spaces dedicated for this building that we will reserve for active loading only. While you are doing any kind of demo or prep work please park across W. North Broadway in the Kroger parking lot until you are ready to load all of your items. The only parking for large trucks or trailers will be along N. High Street. Please come prepared with any help and/or equipment you may need to move your items safely. You will be required to sign a waiver stating that you are qualified to do any required demolition or mechanical work, and that you are solely responsible for any injury caused by you or your helpers.

Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
