Real Estate Information:  We will be offering at auction this fantastic 25 acre farm and home.  This home consist of 2500 sq.ft.  +/- Two Story home with Large Family Room, Eat In Kitchen, Carpet Flooring, Master Bedroom is located downstairs with the additional bedrooms located on the 2nd. floor.  This property currently has two 32' x 400' Poultry Barns which will be sold at auction to be removed.  Also located on the property is a Cattle Working Pen and more.  

Real Estate Terms  and Condition:   All buyers are expected to provide a letter of gurantee from their bank or lender of choice as proof of funds for the purchase of the Real Estate at Auction.   The successful purchase of the property at auction will not be contingent upon the buyer's ability to obtain funding after the auction. All funding requirements of the interested buyer should be in place PRIOR to the auction date.  There will be a 10% buyer's premium included to the final highest owner accetpted winning bid of the auction.  The buyer's premium will be due day of auction and the closing of the real estate transaction will be expected approximately 30 days from the date of the auction at the chosen closing company of the buyer.  The purchase of the real estate at auction is not contingent upon any property inspections, this property will be sold in as-is, where-is condition.  All interested parties are encouraged to obtain any and all property inspections prior to the auction.  Any expenses associated with the property inspections will be the responsibility of the party obtaining the inspection.
