Auctions typically run from 2-3 hours with lot closings spaced out during that time depending on how many total lots we have. (unless noted as an all-day auction) Due to Covid we are not giving any preview dates. You can call or e-mail if you need additional photos or have questions. We also prefer not taking cash payments at this time. If you need to pay cash please message before the auction close. We will only take Venmo or exact change in an envelope. All winners will get a follow up email with pickup appointment instructions and exact location You are responsible for pickup by appointment If you require any alternate pickup, delivery or shipping we need to know before the auction ends. All items not removed by the end of the pickup days will be forfeited and no refund will be given.  All items "as is" there are no refunds once items are removed. You can cancel a sale before leaving with your items so you have a chance to inspect your purchases. If you cancel the sale you will get credit minus Buyer's Premium to cover our auction fees so bid wisely.  ALL COVID PRECAUTIONS WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO We will attempt to put items outside.
