The credit card on file will automatically be charged at 5pm on the day of the auction and a 3% surcharge will apply unless the bidder appears at the Lawler Auction Company by 5pm on the day of the auction (July 13, 2020) with cash. Lawler Auctions is located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, LA. Bidder must use the walk-up window and exercise social distancing guidelines, which will require a face mask at all times. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Preview and inspection will be allowed on the morning of the auction between 9am and 12pm.. A face mask will be required at all times. Buyers are stronly encouraged to inspect all items in person before placing a bid. We have been commissioned by the owners of Edible Arrangements in Bossier City, a local restaurant, and a catering company to liquidate certain assets that are no longer needed. They have closed down the Edible Arrangments in Bossier City leaving the Shreveport store to handle both territories and they have closed down one of their restaurants as well as a catering company, so there is quite a variety of items that are being sold to the highest bidder. These assets will be located at two separate locations, one in Bossier City and the other in Shreveport, so pay close attention when bidding on the items, as there will be two pickup locations for this auction.
