No purchases may be removed until all purchases are paid for.
All items must be removed by 4:00pm, Friday, June 12.
Removal hours are 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

VEHICLES:
All vehicle purchasers must make appointment for curbside removal.
This appointment can be made after title and registration information has been provided to The Bellingham Public Auto Auction, LLC.
Washington State residents, who are not motor vehicle dealers, must pay Washington State sales tax plus any applicable title or license fees on the purchase of titled vehicles.
Out of state residents must meet all requirements to be exempt from sales tax.
General sales tax is 8.7%. Sales tax on motor vehicles is 8.9%.
Mileage stated in catalog is the odometer reading, that mileage may not be the actual mileage of the vehicle.
TITLE DOCUMENTS:
Title documents will be prepared prior to removal of vehicle and signed upon vehicle delivery.
DOCUMENT FEE ON TITLED VEHICLES:
A $50.00 documentary service fee will be charged on each vehicle purchased. (Trucks, cars, vans, buses, motorcycles, boats & trailers).
BIDDER NOTICE
The registered bidder's name will be the name on the title paperwork. Please confirm your bidder information is accurate. Do not purchase a vehicle for anyone else. The bidder information on the invoice must match the title and paperwork.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is", with all faults and without any warranties. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type. No Implied Warranty Negotiation Statement - Under the law, a vehicle is sold with an implied warranty as to the merchantability and fitness of that vehicle. Online bidder acknowledges, understands and agrees that the seller makes NO warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied respecting the quality, characteristics, performance or condition of the motor vehicle. The price of the vehicle is negotiated by online auction bidding and that bid price is with no warranty. Bidder will pay for any and all costs of repairs on this vehicle, upon taking possession of vehicle.
