4J AUCTION BIDDERS

2) Videos of the horses are on the website www.4-J.net, facebook 4J Horse Sales or You Tube -Wendy Laughlin
3) Purchases on line will be assessed a buyers premium of 4% . For each $100 spent you will be charged $104.
4) Purchases made online will be charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction. The only exceptions to this must be made in advance with the Laughlin family.
5) All horses to be picked up within 7 days of the auction. Buyer is responsible for transportation. If special terms are needed contact the Laughlin family.
6) All horses are guaranteed as described on sale day. The Laughlin family has a long history of standing behind their horses. While there is no "money back" guarantee, if there is a problem with a purchase the family will find a suitable replacement.
7) Auction specific terms and conditions will be announced at the beginning of the auction. Announcements made sale day will take precedence over any other .
