Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders.
By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. This is a local pick up only auction. There will be Limited SHIPPING OPTIONS for this auction do to the type of sale it is. Not all items in this auction can be shipped so please call and inquire about shipping lots before you bid to be sure they can be shipped. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday March 27th at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms.
Firearms Sales Terms: All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase. There is no exception for those with CPLs. Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $15 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all longun firearm sales and a $25 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. No shipping of firearms is available for this auction.
Special Note: Starting January 1st 2019 we will be strictly adhering to our non payment/pick up policy. Everything must be picked up and paid for within times and dates provided. Those who do not pay for their items by the final pick up time listed will have their credit card on file charged for the full amount plus fees. There will be a $5 per day storage fee until items are picked up. If not picked up within 7 days items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage. If the credit card on file is declined for any reason bidder will be blocked from bidding on future auction on our site until a $35 reinstatement fee is paid plus any outstanding balance due after items are resold. All of this can be avoided with a simple phone call before the final pick up time to make other arrangements if needed and available. We are usually easy to work with as long as people communicate with us. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Auctioneer's Note - This could be our last online auction for awhile considtering the situation we are all experiencing right now. Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday March 24th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST. This will be the ONLY time offered for preview. Please call for appointment if needed to see busses or truck as they are not on location. Be advised that no more than 5 people at a time will be allowed in the building for preview at any given time. Assistance will be given to each customer while inspecting items to reduce handling.
