We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card for items paid for at our location. Your items will be charged to the credit card provided on the first Friday after the auction at 4 pm. If you prefer to pay with cash or debit please that option will be available when you pick up your items. 20% buyers premium and 5% GST applies to ALL sales Buyers premium will be reduced to 17% if buyer picks up thier items from our location, unless you fail to pick up your items by Friday at 4pm, then you will be charged 20%. No refunds will be given for items not picked up. All ITEMS are sold "as is" and where is. And lie at the purchaser's risk immediately Rick's Auction does not guarantee nor warranty any item. The items have been photographed and each purchaser shall be held to have Satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity & authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds. In all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final. All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk & expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each & every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises. The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items not picked up in the time specified by the auction will be resold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Items must be picked up on the first Friday after the auction at 4:00 pm or they will be sold at the next auction. Shipping at the buyers expense can be arranged by calling the office 403-262-2900. We can ship anywhere in North America. USA shipping will be from 59484. We will not arrange for shipping of furniture. If you purchase any large items, you have to arrange for shipping and packing of the large furniture items.

We are taking every precaution in our warehouse to prevend the spread of COVID. We are disinfecting our counter tops, showcases, doors, light switches and debit machine after every customer. We will be implementing a by appointment only system for viewing to reduce the amount of people in our warehouse and to ensure a safe distance from each other. If you want to see anything in person, please call when you are on your way in. If you do not call ahead we will not let you in if there are already 10 people in the warehouse. Please have a list of the items numbers you are looking for so we can easily find the items in our shop. We will be open until 10:00 pm on Wednesday March 25 for pick up, otherwise, we are open Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm for you to pick up your items. We would like to limit the amount of cash transactions for our Thursday pick up day and we will be charging credit cards after the sale unless you would like to send an etransfer. We are also implementing a no contact pick up service. Call us with at least 1/2 an our notice and we will pack up your items and place them outside for your convenience.
