Buyer's Premium: 15.5% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED ON ALL LOTS PURCHASED. A buyer's premium is also known as the buyer's portion of commission and is a fee added on to your bid amount. Be sure to factor the BP into your bids when bidding.
. Minimum bids – may be placed on some items. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid (live only). The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price.
Dispute between bidders (live) – If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.(live)
