PERSONAL PROPERTY PAYMENT The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 8% will be charged on all applicable purchases. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form. Any purchase greater than $2,500.00 must be paid by certified funds. (i.e. Cash, Cashier’s Check or Bank Wire) PERSONAL PROPERTY RETRIEVAL Upon the close of the auction and full payment successful purchasers may retrieve personal property at 2601 S. Main St., Moultrie, GA. Possession will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. LOT 801 (Carboard Compactor): This lot will require special equipment to be removed from the building. The Purchaser must provide such equipment. LOT 801-1 (Drive Thru Window): The lot has been removed from the wall and palletized. SHIPPING Shipping is not available for this event. AUCTION END TIMES All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events and subject to extended bidding due to bidding activity.
