Registration
By registering and bidding for items in the auction, you are agreeing that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions of the auction. Upon registration, you will receive an email with bidding number that will be valid for all Garland & George Online Auctions.
Item Condition:
All items are sold in as-is condition. Most items in the auction are antiques, vintage or used and should be considered to be in used condition unless otherwise noted in the description. Garland & George Estate Services will make every attempt to descrobe the condition of an item as to condition. Please note that while we make every attempt to describe any imperfections, the problems listed in the description may not be the only problems that keep these items from items from being considered in pristine condition. Items may have minor scratches, age cracks, worn areas or repairs.
Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax
ALL SALES are subject to a 13% Buyer's Premium added to the highest bid (hammer price).
All buyers must pay sales tax at current rate of 7%, unless you have a retail sales license on file. If you want to add your resale license to your online bidder profile, please update your profile before the listed auction start time. Failing to provide your resale information will result in your obligation to pay sales taxes prior to the auction, no refund for tax will be given for this auction.
Payment & Invoicing
The credit card on file will be charged for the total invoice amount after the close of the auction. Total invoice amount will include the bid price plus buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable.
Item Removal
-Dates and times will be provided prior to auction regarding pick up of items purchased at auction.
-Buyer must pay in full for all items prior to removal.
-Wrapping, boxing, lifting, moving and transportation of purchased auction items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please bring required materials and/or equipment needed to remove purchased items.
- All items not removed by the pickup deadline will be considered abandoned property. Garland & George Estate Services reserves the right to resell the abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling without notification to original purchaser.

Buyers may ship items at buyer's expense using any moving or shipping company of their choice. Garland & George has provided a list of shippers and movers that may assist you locally, regionally, statewide and nationally. **Staggered Closing Times
Items in this auction will close in intervals beginning with the first item closing at the designated time for auction and consecutively closes each item throughout the entire catalog.
