There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium on all items. Payment must be made in full on the day of the auction and prior to loading any items. This is a cash only auction. No checks without a bank letter of guarantee. Credit cards and debit cards will be subject to a 3% surcharge for Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. There is a 5% surcharge for American Express. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION BY 5PM. Buyers must come prepared to load out their items on the day of the auction, as all items must be removed from the building by 5pm! The building needs to be completely cleaned out by the end of the day, as the lease is up on that building. All items are sold "as is" where is, without any warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully examine all items before placing a bid. Cadre Hospitality Group, which owns restaurants and a catering business are downsizing and must be out of their current warehouse and office location by the end of the day on Saturday, February 22, 2020. Therefore we will be conducting an emergency auction for them on-site at their current warehouse location at 9640 St. Vincent Avenue, Shreveport, LA. All items will be sold the highest bidder and must be out of the building by the end of the day. Buyers must come prepared to load out that same day and bring plenty of labor, dollies, trailers, etc. with them on the day of the auction. There will be no internet bidding for this particular auction. Preview will be the morning of the auction.
