Acceptance of Bid Prices: All successful bidders will be required to enter into Purchase Agreements at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction. Purchase Agreements are available for review prior to the auction. Buyer’s Premium: There will be NO Buyer’s Premium added to the final bid. Down Payment: 10% as down payment on the day of the auction with the balance in cash at closing on or before closing or before 30 days. The down payment may be in the form of cashier’s check, personal check, or corporate check. Closing: Closing shall take place on or before 30 days from Auction Date. Survey: Survey has been completed by Matthew Clark Surveyors LLC. New Data, Correc¬tions, & Changes: Please arrive prior to scheduled auction time to inspect any changes, corrections, or additions to the property information.
