Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. If you have questions or are NOT SURE about the condition of or anything pertaining to an item in our auction please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call. Call (832) 880-8801.
Buyers Premium
We charge a 16% buyers premium.
Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Payment
Gallery One accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks or cashier checks. All credit card payments shall be processed by Gallery One.
Authenticity
Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.
Auction
The Auction house owners, employees and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in auction. Persons attending preview or auction during removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held including but not limited to personal injury, fire or theft. If foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, auctioneer at his option may 1) resell the property publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred or 2) cancel the sale, retaining all liquidated damages on all payment made by purchaser. Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. Auctioneer is acting as an agent and agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his or her principals.
Pickup Times
Pick up times are firm unless extenuating circumstances warrant i.e., acts of nature, etc. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. Do not risk placing a bid hoping that we can store your items! We do not have the room or the resources to store your items. Again, if you cannot make pickup during the established times, DO NOT BID. If you do choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times, we will charge the credit card on your file for the invoiced amount. If late pickup is requested, we will charge the card on your file $30 penalty fee for the first day and $10 for each additional day up to 7 days at which time items will become property of the auction house and will be resold. Failure to abide by the pickup times may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Governing Law
The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. Any and all lawsuits must be filed in Harris County courts.
Privacy Policy
Included in these terms and conditions is the privacy policy as outlined on the Gallery One website.
Indemnification
Buyer shall indemnify Gallery One against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify Gallery One for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Gallery One, it's owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Intellectual Property
By submitting any images to Gallery One for the purpose of sale, marketing, or any use on our website, you grant Gallery One world wide non-exclusive license to use the image on any and all marketing collateral digital, printer or otherwise.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and copyrights owned by Gallery One shall not be used without written permission. This includes the name Gallery One, Gallery One Auctions, Gallery One Estate and Liquidations Services, any and all website URL addresses and abbreviations of such.

Have 5/8x3/8" stones that are opal triplets (very thin sheet of opal with dark reinforcing layer behind it and clear layer on top). Great fire in both stones. 28 Vintage Shell Cameo Pin and Earrings The pin is 1.75x1.25. The earrings are screw back. They all have cameos carved from shells. 29 Vintage 10K Gold Cufflinks Weighs 2.7 grams. Both are monogrammed with initials. The backs are solid not hinged. Tops are 5/8x1/2". 30 Vintage Colorful Pyrex Nesting Bowls Four pieces. Largest is 4.5x10.5x10.5. Very small scratches in color in all four. Long scratch in color on green one near base. 31 Mid Century Style Burma Mantle Clock 7.5x23x4.5. Has key. Has clockwork mechanism (no pendulum). Trim on front corner is coming loose. Missing one of the bars for the chime. Small chip out of finish on far front corner. 32 Vintage Sofa with Wood Trim 40x94x29x17 seat height. Nice neutral damask upholstery. Small stains on seat. 33 Vintage Wood and Metal Transit Tripod Stand 61" tall when folded up. Has original leather strap to hold legs closed. Finish on wood is worn all over. Paint on metal worn in places. Rust on feet spikes. No maker's name anywhere. 34 Awesome Unique Work Bench / Stand 18.5x46x28. Great craftsman built piece. The top slats are peg joined and legs slot completely through top braces. It's a little wobbly and woodworm holes in the thick braces on top. 35 Sterling Bracelet and Mom Pendant Two pieces. Only the bracelet and pendant are marked sterling. The Medic Alert tag is not marked. The bracelet has been shortened with loop so the tag could be added. Bracelet is 8" but is probably 7.5 if u remove tag and loop. Total weight with tag 36 Sterling Necklace, Pendant and More 29.1 grams. Only the 23" long necklace with wider links and the larger pendant are marked. The other tow are not marked. Do not know if either are sterling. 37 Necklace with Triplet Opal 21" necklace with pendant that has 1/2x3/8" triplet opal. The stone has gorgeous fire. A triplet opal is a thin sheet of opal that is sandwiched between a dark reinforcing background and a clear top. 38 Mexican Sterling Pendants 21 grams with stones. The stones are fiber optic glass cabochons. Largest is 1.5x1" not counting top link. 39 10K Tri Color Black Hills Style Gold Earrings Two pairs. Total weight 2.9 grams. Largest pair are 1x5/8". 40 14K White Gold Ring 5.9 grams. Size 7.25-7.5. 40 14K Screw back Earrings with Pearls Pair of vintage screw back earrings with 3 pearls each. The screw backs are marked 14K. They are 40 Large Cast Iron Marble Top Console Table GORGEOUS! It is 43x100.5x19. The is over 8 feet long. Looks like it belongs in French quarter of New Orleans or Paris. Beautiful green marble on top. PLEASE BRING HELP! The base is one piece of cast iron. A Victor SR 450 D double gauge, a Victor L12 single gauge, a Harris model 47-125-CR single gauge and a Hoke 19963-1 single gauge.
