Bidding is like eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 7pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. This is an online only auction to liquidate the balance of an estate in Manchester Mo. All items sell as found with no attempt to improve. We will work hard to accurately describe the items, but you are final judge to worth and value. No help will be provided removing on loading items, so please bring all neccessary tools and assitance.
