All items in this auction are tested and working unless otherwise specified. However, bidders are encouraged to attend live in person preview as everything is AS IS, Without Warranty
* Auction Method: Online
* Bidding Period: Now thru _______Monday May 5 (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close ___Tuesday May 6 From 10-4PM If paid timely on this day we can arrange pickups by "appointment only" but all items must be paid for on Tuesday.
* Note: There is no restroom on site. All the water is off.
* Preview: Online & In Person _____Monday May 5 ____ 10-2pm
* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
* Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. All Vehicles are CASH - WIRE - CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY. There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.
* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.
* Shipping: No Shipping This Auction (When If Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Many items are not available for shipping. We will need this form signed and returned to us: https://www.waltcadeauctions.com/documents/winningbidderform.pdf Our shipper will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 24 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation.
* Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day.
* Transfer: We may at our option, transfer some smaller items to our Kilgore Warehouse. We charge minimum $10 + $1 per lot. + Labor + Storage fees (See Storage Info). Must be requested by end of Pickup Day. We do not transfer unless requested automatically.
* Storage: We charge $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet.
* Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction, If a wire is your method of payment, it MUST be received by us by 3pm on Tuesday May 6
