This auction will have pickup in Palmer, winning bidders will be given the address after auction close. You must be able to pickup your winnings within the provided pickup days. You must also take the entirety of your lot or we will charge a $200 cleaning fee. There will be one auction house employee present to help load, however many of the items are quite heavy so you will be responsible for bringing the necessary help/equipment to load your winnings. All bidders will be given one day to pay cash at the auction house, otherwise we will run cards for outstanding invoices on May 10th. Any items not picked up by 5pm May 10th will be forfeit with no refunds!!!! All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantee expressed or implied.
